The Bill (Reg.№4528) introduce legislative improvement of relations that appears because of the use of special licenses connected with dirt removal and its transferring

According to the Member of the committees, the adoption of the Bill facilitate the formation of the clear procedure of ht licensing in the sphere, rational use and protection of land resources as well as fertile ground layer.
